The animals are raised in semi-open buildings, fed with corn, wheat (planted in direct seeding, without ploughing) and a pellet supplement obtained from a crushing of peas, faba bean, flax seed, soy (French and GMO-free).
The breeding of these animals is completely extensive, the man cannot intervene on the growth of the pigeons, it is the parents who make the food in their crop and then distribute it to their offspring.
Each couple is followed for its production, everything is done so that it raises its young in the best conditions.
The farm has about 4000 pairs, for a weekly production of 800 to 1000 pigeons.
The slaughterhouse approved by European EC standards allows the delivery of a finished product.
