Flandre Pigeonneau is a house of breeders of meat pigeons for more than 25 years. Father Alex DEQUIDT with his two sons Julien and Rémi. All three take care of the slaughter at the beginning of the week. Alex and Rémi then take care of the feeding and technical monitoring of the pairs. Julien receives orders, packages and delivers the product.
The Dequidt family raise their pigeons in a traditional way, getting as close as possible to the natural habitat of the poultry and with a deep respect for the animal. They attach great importance to the food quality of their pigeons (of course without GMOs). The pigeons are slaughtered on the farm and then sold to some butchers, poultry, gourmet restaurants as well as on the farm.
